A note about our products:
We offer Oregon Natural Meats exclusively for all our Beef products. These are all local cattle, raised right here in the Willamette Valley naturally with no hormones or anti bio tics and fed Ninkasi beer grain. All our beef is fresh and NEVER frozen and all steaks are hand cut in house. Our Pulled Pork is slow smoked in house. Our breads are all baked twice weekly by local bakery The Bread Stop. Our Potato chips are all hand cut from the highest grade Burbank Potatoes and are house made. Our exclusive Jack Daniels Chili is house made with the same Oregon Natural Meats as our steaks. Since our steaks are all hand cut in house, we utilize Rib Eye, New York and top Sirloin in the making of our chili along with four kinds of fresh peppers, fresh tomatoes, fresh garlic and a host of proprietary ingredients. We avoid canned goods, processed foods and frozen, cryo vac’dproducts so common in the restaurant industry today. As an alternative, we buy fresh produce, make our own dressings, sauces, soups and Chili and buy nothing but the finest protein available.
